do you have to keep to the same days every week regardless of your shifts , to be able to stay on your dog walkers client list?

With ours we dont have to (we use doggy daycare though) when I have shifts and no one is at home so only occasionally approx 1x a week and often different days

I only have mine occasionally, I usually let them know as soon as I know so they can add her to the list but even short notice they will try and help.

oh thats good, mine is a bit funny when i ask her to change days ...bit like reserving a place at nursery .

Nope - my dog walker is really flexible. Some weeks we don't use him at all, sometimes it's once a week, this week dh is away and I'm working a lot so ddog is booked in most days.

my dog walker works shifts - we book her through an app so she puts her calendar up for the month ahead which gives me plenty of time to work out something else when she is working. We only use her 1-2 times a week - although the dog loves it when she comes!

ok so its not being unreasonable wanting to change my days..good to know

Definitely not! We use our dog walker on an ad hoc basis and she'll even take ddog same day if she can. If your dog walker's getting shitty about it I'd find a new one, you don't want to be worrying about annoying them each time you need to book!
