hi ive got a new puppy hes a border collie hes 8 weeks old farm bred ,can i give him a bath and whats the best shampoo to get him pic on soon hes called jet.

Any dog shampoo is fine, don't use human shampoo as dogs need a different ph balance.

Only bath him if he really needs it. It may be better to sponge areas if he is not dirty all over.
