Lock for Gate

Can anyone recommend a good lock for my garden gate - one that locks when the gate is slammed. The kids don't check its catched when they go through it (not for the want of me nagging)

Can you get a spring? You could experiment with a bungee?

I have a yale lock on my back gate. Needs a key to open from the outside though

I have a spring which did work, but seems to have stopped. I was wondering if there was a better catch that would lock as the gate was slammed
