Decent wellies for dog walking.

Hi I'm looking for some decent wellies for walking my two during the winter.
I have a nice pair from Asda but they are too thin on the sole. I'd like a nice sturdy boot with a good grip on the bottom.
Does anyone wear some of those yard or riding boots that I've seen on the net that cost about £80? Are they any good and worth the money?

Dont waste your money on hunters, they are now rubbish and leak.
Aigle or le chameau are the best.

greenkit I wear men's Le Chameau - they're slightly wider in the calf, and the neoprene ones are adjustable too. Not cheap, but they do last well, and are great for muddy walking. I've had my latest pair for three years and they look like new.

Agile parcours here too, neoprene lined. I cannot express my love for them. Although legs do sweat if there's a hint of warmth! And they eat my socks too Grin

DH got some knock off ones as his were nicked from car. Nowhere near as good as the real deal...

If you just want something practical I have Dunlop green wellies. They are under £20 and pretty bomb proof. Have had hunters in the past but they weren't as indestructible.
