Does anyone have any discount codes please? I realise I need a good lifetime policy but struggling with £30 a month. Thanks muchlyGrin

I've seldom seen discounts for pet insurance - you'll sometimes get 12 months for the price of 9 type of thing but that's usually from the supermarkets rather than specialist pet insurers

We pay £40 per month for lifetime insurance for a breed with nowhere near as many potential health problems as a pug so I suspect you'll be lucky to find a decent policy (i.e. one which will pay out when you need it) for less than £30

Also be wary of cheap initial deals but massively increasing premiums in subsequent years. It's very difficult to change insurers as anything you've been to see the vet about will be classed as an existing condition and therefore not covered

Anyone tried tesco lifetime? Any good by comparison to pet plan?

Ours is insured with Argos (platinum level). The breeder used Argos for hers, she said they were very good at paying out etc.

Payment went down slightly when we had her spayed, but it then went up £5 a month on renewal.

We now pay £21 per month.
