Epileptic 3 year old - suddenly having fits again

My Ddog (Bearded Collie) has been stabilised on Phenobarbitone for over a year with no fits. Had his levels checked two weeks ago and they were fine. Then suddenly today he has two fits. Both about two minutes full jerky seizures.

Anybody have experience of this.

Has his routine or exercise levels changed?
Do keep a fit diary for long term remembering and note any activities up to the fit and length etc, if you don't already.
Do you have rectal diazepam in case of long seizure?
Recurrence of seizures is common in idiopathic epilepsy even when phenobarbital levels are showing good control sadly, but hopefully won't be a common thing for your boy. Flowers

Also has he had any different food, workers, flea treatments etc? All worth noting

Thanks Toomuch I will keep a diary. I can't identify anything at the minute. I am waiting on a callback from the Vet. I am not sure about Rectal Diazepam as the fits are short but I will ask her about it.
