large breed puppy 5 months unwell wwyd?

Our lively pup started vomiting & had loose stools, he was lethargic & did not eat for 24hrs, he drank though.
he urinated ok & I did not see any blood or mucus in his stools, vomit or urine.
he did have new food the night before & I thought maybe this upset him?
he slept it off , & I thought he may have eaten something in the park?
He is vaccinated & wormed.
he has come round now & is eating dry biscuits & chicken. but he seems to have swollen eyes now?
He's not touched his regular food, i'm wondering if the food has caused an allergy?

no, not spoken to the vet.. He is better, his eyes seem better too, but wondered about the new food & if it was coincidence.
he won't eat the dry puppy food I regularly feed him..

I'd take him to the vet.
