I think if you just Google dog friendly cottages it should come up with a few good options. We found a lovely place in Wales just by doing that. I can't remember the name of the website, I'll have a look, but all the accommodation was dog friendly and you just selected the region you wanted.

Can't link from my phone but google, "dog friendly cottages whitstable" and there is a specific website for that area which has links to all the cottages.

There's a fb group, "dog friendly holiday accommodation" which you can join and then post with your requirements. Lots of cottage owners post their details so you can have a read through while waiting hoping for responses to,your request...
