New puppy + camping

We are due to be going camping for the weekend (two nights) when New Puppy will be 10 weeks old. I assume it is daft to even consider taking a new puppy away in a tent for two nights? Any views welcome please. Dogs are new to me (although not to DH) but he has never camped with a dog.

Sorry, I'm being an absolute idiot, he won't be past the post-vaccination stage by 10 weeks will he? Ignore me. Off to cancel the camping trip...
