I'm really worried about my nearly 16 your old girl Casey, she doesn't seem to have had a wee all day, her bed was bit wet this morning, but apart from short while early this morning when she was outside without me and might have gone then, she's not gone since when I've taken her in garden or when just went for short walk, and she usually goes nearly every couple hrs and lots of times when on a walk but nothing ?? that's not good is it, I need to call out of hours vet don't i?

See how she is in the morning. Has she drunk much today?

Adarajames · 20/04/2015 22:08

Yes, been told to keep an eye and go in morning. She usually drinks loads, but drunk very little today; usually goes out for wee every couple hrs and goes number of times on a walk but not done either of those things today Sad no signs of being in pain though, so will try and get some sleep and go in the morning. So hard when they get old and knowing what's best to do for them and when Sad

Hope it's something simple, and she feels better soon.

Happy today she's since been for wee few times (not so happy about the 0130 and 0600 times!) so held off vets visit as she's twrrified of the car and it's quite a way to our vets. Still less weeing than usual, but also less drinking so will try not to worry too much and keep close eye on her. She's rather senile and wobbly and on last resort meds, so I know I'll lose her soon, but this up and down thing is rather stressful and want to make sure she isn't suffering or in pain at any point Sad
