6 month old eating soil

Nearly every time our puppy goes into the garden he eats soil!
any idea why please?
He's six months old and raw feed (from Honeys).

I would speak to your vet but suspect he is lacking some minerals he needs in his diet or has a bit of a tummy upset. Vet will be able to advise better.

It could be a sign that he's deficient in something...it could also be a sign that he likes eating soil, lol.

Mention it to your vet just to be safe.

he likes wood too. Maybe this is his way of telling me he does like the food that i provide
