Great article - thanks for sharing. I have studied dog behaviour for a while but I'm continually Hmm at the lack of common sense some people display when they try and interpret their dog's behaviour.

I remember reading about a study once where young children had been shown pictures of dogs snarling and asked what the dog was doing. Something like 70% said the dog was smiling. Shocking. Children need to be taught this stuff.
