Poorly dog, to feed or not to feed??

My lovely staffy girl has a poorly tummy, had me up in the night 4 times asking to go out and has been pooping all day, she hasn't been sick. I changed her food a few days ago so this is probably the cause, she had been on this food before and was ok on it but seems she's not anymore ( after I ordered a huge bag ). She has a bit of wet food in with her dry, I changed the dry but not the wet. I gave her breakfast this morning with hardly any of the new food ( just her wet food ) but she's still pooping. She seems fine in herself.

Should I feed her tonight? If so should I feed her the wet food or something else? I don't think I have any chicken but I have rice and eggs ( not sure if she will eat this though ).

I think advice changes, but if mine have a dodgy tum I've always given a little scrambled egg and toast instead and left normal food off for 24 hours.

Changing food should be introduced slowly by mixing it in with existing food and gradually adding more over several days. I'm quite fortunate to have a dog with a cast iron gut but some can be very sensitive.

I did mix it in slowly, she only has a tiny bit of dry, her stomach is usually cast iron, a few foods have made her sick in the past but never the other end, she's usually constipated so this isn't like her at all, I have cooked her some rice and will give her some scrambled egg, I would normally miss a feed but now I have another dog she will get upset when he is being fed so have to give her something.

My dog has just had a sickness bug, I did not know about scrambled egg, he has cost me a fortune in chicken breast, but it did settle his tummy.Next time I will try the cheaper option.

Just served her rice and egg and she looked at me as to say 'WTF is this?' Eventually she ate it when she realised nothing else was on offer.
