for the first time.

From 11 until 2.30pm. I've only ever left her for an hour or two before now, at home in her crate.

Is there anything I need to do or know?

Take a familiar toy/blanket and avoid making too much fuss as you leave. They will sense if you are anxious. I'm sure she will have fun!

demoska1 Thank you. I've packed a toy and will take her blanket.

My little girl went for the first time at 4 months (last month). After spending all day every day at home with me and only been left once for a couple of hours.

She looked a bit shellshocked when they carried her off, but the lady told me she calmed right down pretty quickly. She also said pup was so cute and affectionate, people just cuddled her all day (I don't know how much interaction with other dogs she even got!) She came home happy, and tired. She will defo go there again if I have to use it and I have the money at the time.

How did her day go Alpha? I imagine you felt it much worse than she did.

thank you lovely doggy people. Grin

She had a superb time. The lady has two enormous old english sheepdogs. And they all had a great time together. I went to John Lewis and had a lovely time too. Actually it was so nice to have a break. it's quite emotionally intense having a puppy. I was very pleased to see her.

What a sweetie she looks Alpha, will she be going regularly? Our boy loves his day care days, he has a bunch of cronies that he regularly plays with and comes home happy and tired.

She's gorgeous! I cried and cried when I had to leave DDog at a sitters when we had to go to a wedding overnight - apparently he put his chin on the window and cried for about 10 minutes and then though 'oh well she's gone better make the most of it' and had a lovely time.

I watched out the window all morning for her to bring him back and the traitor skipped down the road with her all happy.

Kiwi - Ah thanks. She did come home happy and tired.

Whippet81 - Awww, they really get underneath your skin don't they?
