Very soon, we are going to get our very first puppy!!! AAAAgggghhhhh! Everyone else in the house is really excited, and although I am thrilled, I am also thinking OMG what have we done????? Pup has her first vet appt next week for vaccinations etc, and we have bits to prepare around the house, like making a run for the chickens and finding and putting away all my shoes, and... and.... and.....We have a crate and lots of other dogs, who are all fantastic. They will not be ignored or loved any less. What have we done?!! We have been thinking about it for ages, and I feel a bit guilty about not having another rescue dog. Dh says well, all dogs need a home.
