Sorry, TMI, but how on earth do you clean up gloop-poop when outside?

My puppy did one at the park today and I had no idea how to clean it up. It's not like I can pick it up as it was pretty much a puddle of poop, I had no tissues or anything to help with solidifying it, sort of. I felt really bad about just leaving it there, but no idea as to what I could have done.

Oh, and in case if anyone wonders- she stole some smoked salmon from my daughter's sandwich. It goes straight through her.

I find that bottles of water help, it's better if the bottle has one of those sports caps so you can squeeze the bottle and the water comes out with more force and washes the poo away. Obviously you'd need quite a big bottle and this works much better on grass.

A sponge?

It would need to be a very big sponge. And then there's the unpredictability of it all. I will try and get a bottle of water with me the next time I go, although once she did one next to the house and it took 2 buckets of water to wash away. That shit sticks!
