My boy is about two and a half now. He's gone from being the easiest, most pleasant dog to a wilful little git. He's neutered but repeatedly humping our other dog, he's started ignoring basic commands as though I haven't spoken and just generally seems to have regressed in terms of behaviour. Is this normal?
