Puppy sick when to panic?!

I am a bit of a neurotic puppy mum. Puppy 6 months old she has been sick twice today and just doesn't seem herself.She is eating peeing pooing fine and did go for a walk today. She is just mopey and lethargic compared to her normal hyper self .
She did manage to eat a bit of a leather shoe yesterday little bits are coming up. Shall i take her to vets already or wait and see ?!

No, she doesn't need the vet tonight. Not if she is eating, peeing etc fine.

If she's eaten shoe, it's not so surprising she is vomiting. She probably has belly ache. See how she goes overnight and re-assess in the morning.
