Gloppy eye

Our pointer has clear coloured gloop coming out of one eye. Anyone seen this before? She's absolutely fine and doesn't seem unwell at all. Would you go to the vet or see if it goes away on it's own? Obviously if it went on for a while we'd take her regardless.

I always get any kind of eye problem seen if it's longer than a 24hr thing , I'm probably a bit cautious but as an example , my mums cat had a clear eye discharge a couple of weeks ago and I took him to the vets and he has a corneal ulcer which is now on eye drops and scaffold treatment - it really didn't look that bad .

My lab has this in one eye I took her to the vet he said it was conjunctivitis and gave her drops to put into both eyes which I've done but it doesn't seem to have cleared it up so I'll have to take her back.
