A turned eyelid

My sister has a lab puppy lined up, it must by 6-7 weeks old. The breeder has just rang her and it has apparently turned an eyelid. I have never heard of this , but can't imagine it's anything too serious......or is it?
Awaiting dog house wisdom .......

Ps dog purely as pet.

I had a rabbit with this. The eyelashes irritated the eye and started to cause an ulcer. Rabbit had to have expensive cosmetic eyelid surgery. Think was £180 inc antibiotics, etc and the rabbit died a few days later.

Dogs are hardier and should be fine with an operation if needed.

Ask if the puppy has entropian or ectropian which are eyelids which turn inside or outside. There is also inversion of the third eyelid.

It is important to know what the breeder actually means by the term and I would be requiring more information before proceeding.

Also were both the pups parents eye tested prior to the mating?
