Noticed it this morning, it seems the size of a pea and it right under his nose, on the side.
I did notice some blood on the rim of his water bowl, but assumed it's from his teeth and have been extra vigilant when cleaning them.
He's elderly, should I go and see the vet or can I wait and see what happens.
