Dog shivering and sore paw

I have given my dog a bath tonight and she is still shivering it was about 3 hours ago, should I be worried?

Also whilst drying her I noticed she has been chewing her paw a lot lately and she has made it really sore I googled it and it said dogs do this when they are stressed or bored Sad hopefully I have added a picture. Any experiences of dogs excessively chewing their paws. And the shivering thing too.

I've just seen this, I would take him/her to the vet, I would be worried about a temperature being the reason for the shivering.

Sounds like she has an infection and a temperature. Vet ASAP for antibiotics. My dog had this earlier in the year and was really unwell.

Has she been sick at all? I would say take to the vets too.

Shivering can be a sign of pain in dogs.
