Reassurance please re: barmy labrador

Please tell me my now 12 month old lab will be a pleasure to walk at some point? She is so giddy despite one to one training with a professional & my own efforts at home. Other dogs are so exciting and it doesn't seem to be getting any better!

What do you do to try and keep her focus on you?

You need to train around other dogs. Use a long line and practice recalls over and over again, allowing your dog to return to play after coming back to you.
