Hi we have 18 week puppy and I wondered when you begin to reduce the number of times per day she is fed? She has 3 meals of dry puppy food per day.

No idea. But following for wisdom as our new addition joins us Thursday

At six months, we dropped down to 2 feeds a day.

Same. Two meals a day from six months old, and when he gets to a year it will go down to one.

We only feed our pup once a day in a bowl. He gets training treats twice day on training walks before his evening meal. We'll adjust as needed by training and body size.

My JRT is 6 months and has been on 2 meals a day for about 2 months now as he simply wasn't eating 3 a day at that point. He gets treats out on walks, and is always left with a chew and some dried tripe when I go out, so gets plenty.

4 meals till 4 months, 3 till 6 then 2 because he's a large deep chested breed and bloat can be an issue.

Ddog is 15 months and still on 2 meals a day (only one from a bowl though) plus treats/chews as needed during the day. As eating is one of the great pleasures of a dog's life it seems a bit mean just to give them one meal a day Confused.
