Hi all, this is my 1st time on here and I really need ur help if u can. We have a 6 yr old German Shepard who has just been diognosed with Discoid Lupus and has been put on a course of 18 tablets over a 24hr period. This is hard enough with both of us working 12 hr shifts either day or nights. But my main concern is the fact that these r rattling around his poor body. He has been on them 3 wks now and looks so poorly and dejected. We were wondering if there is anyone who knows of any holistic alternatives/diet that could help this disease.
We r hoping someone has a GSD who may have had this problem and may b able 2 shed some light on this subject.
