Three crazy canines in this house.

If we even mention a word of something they like all hell brakes loose.

Talking in French helps things stay calm till we are prepared to handle the craziness.

We can not be the only ones that do this surely

Don't know another language, but we do spell out words like walk, out, dinner, chew and bath when we don't want the dog to know what we are talking about,

we used to spell things out, until we realised that the dog could spell too - she got excited at p-a-r-k!

she was a lab x collie and v clever, she knew about 50 words :)

Ah you see terrible terriers so not too sharp but the Yorkie can be a quick learner so he'll catch on eventually.

Not exactly, but we do flap at each other and make hand signals rather than talking if the dogs are being quiet - as soon as we start having a conversation, they assume we're about to do something exciting :)
