She is 14 weeks. I have two other dogs who she loves and isn't scared of.
She has been able to go for walks for a week now and had been carried around from 9 weeks old.
When we meet dogs on walks she cries very loudly, shakes and lays on her side. When she sees the other dogs before she reaches them she does jump up my leg trying to be picked up. I haven't picked her up because I don't want it to become a habit.
I have never experienced this before, in general she is not a timid dog.
I want to make sure I handle this the right way so I am asking you experts the best way to deal with it.
