Have you made a pet insurance claim in the last year? Yes? Other pet owners need your help!
This is a great forum for finding out about pet insurance.. with some really good advice given. Of course the question that a lot of people want to know the answer to is "Can I trust XYZ insurance company to pay out?"
Unfortunately many of the reviews on the internet are old... or written by people who have just spoken to a nice salesperson (!) .. and they tend to be disproportionately written by those who have a grievance.
So I came up with an idea. To do a survey of people who have claimed from their insurance company in the last year and see what type of experience they had.
What you can do: Fill out this 2-minute survey and tell us about your experience - good, bad or indifferent. And share the survey with other pet owners you know.
Why do it? I promise we will freely share the results of our survey on our website and produce "Amazon style" ratings for all pet insurance companies.
If all pet owners unite, we can help each other receive better pet insurance for all of our pets.
