My puppy is 15 wks olds. She's been fine until today. Her tummy is a little bit upset as we've had a couple of runny pop's, but she's really quiet and off her food. She's currently lolling on the sofa with me.

She had her second lot of jabs on Thursday, also had some very exhausting puppy play with sil's (fully vaccinated) year old puppy. Could it be either of these?

Worried Sad.

I would think it's more likely to be something she has eaten. I would offer her chicken and boiled rice until her tummy settles down. Make sure she has plenty of water available.

She's only been in the garden though, I wonder what she's found! Thank you .

Yes, it could be her jabs, being too tired/excited or having eaten something grim, or picked up a bug or pretty much anything really.

I advise skipping a meal to calm the gut, then offering something like an egg which has been scrambled with nothing added. If it has calmed down after that, then I offer normal food, soaked and about 25% less of it than usual.

Puppies often get the runs, so it's not something to be worried about on its own. If she looks obviously ill, or vomits a lot then ring the OOH vet for advice as she is so little. I always have profibre granules in stock to help soothe the gut. You could try adding some live goats yogurt, or probiotic plain yogurt which will help.
