Quick question - mussels?

Mussels are OK for dogs to eat aren't they? Why am I getting myself into a tizz thinking that they aren't...someone confirm it for me please!

Ours have occasionally scoffed the remains of moules marineieres (sp?) with no ill effects (obviously,not shells).

DH always shares his cooked mussels from the deli counter with ours so I hope it's okay! It's not a thing I've ever seen on one of the lists.

I'd just be worried about the saltiness so I wouldn't give too many too often. Other than that I think they should be fine.

Good point about the salt , I've frozen them now so I'll just defrost a few at a time and he can have them as a treat Smile
