DPup is now about 19 weeks old and has settled in amazingly- impossible to believe she's not even been with us for a fortnight :)
DS has also been brilliant with her and is already booked in for puppy classes at the start of September. He has a good recall already (most of the time!) and a fairly solid sit (when food is in the offing!) He has also started to use a clicker, a device which I have used many times with varying degrees of success.
At the moment he's following a leaflet that came in the clicker packet and is working with a target stick, the intention being that eventually the target stick can be used to shape behaviours like spin and bow Hmm
At the moment the leaflet is enough for the pair of them but I would like to get a more detailed book that he can expand his repertoire with. As easy to follow as possible, though we can read it together and simplify some of the instructions if it's too in-depth.
Any recommendationsor advice would be greatly appreciated :)

Kikopup on YouTube has some excellent videos ranging from practical everyday stuff to quite complex tricks.

Ooh thank you, KikoPup is right up his street :)
In today's news, the Worlds Cleverest Puppy can now touch a target stick with her nose- step aside Barbara Woodhouse :o
