And he's a total git. But I love him.

Loving the pics, gorgeous dogs on here, we want a dog.

turdfairynomore · 09/08/2014 20:44

Yorkshire terrier. She thinks she's HUGE and SCARY but she's not!!!

pugs! one is a delight, one is a pain in the rear end. Both I love with all my heart (even when they have to follow me everywhere, including the toilet). Who wouldn't want a dog sneezing on your food and farting in your bed?! Wink

ggirl · 09/08/2014 20:57

Tibetan terrier

SistersOfPercy · 09/08/2014 23:56

Ten month old Scottie dog. He's the second Scott that's run the household, fabulous breed and mad as a box of frogs but wouldn't be without him.

Two Dalmatians. Rescues, about 9 ish years old.

GirlDog has one eye and is a pain in the arse but love her to bits. For such a big well, medium large breed she yips like a handbag dog. And shits for England. She's currently overweight as she's a Hoover, and does awesome puppy dog eyes eye at any guests and convinces them we never feed her. She's fab. She's so bouncy and happy all the time.

BoyDog is a big, loving, over-protective boy who adopted me rather than the other way round. He has months left rather than years because he has late stage kidney failure and therefore he is an utterly pampered pooch. Just wish he was going to be with us for longer. Sad

The two of them have been together forever and with us for 4-5 months ish now. They seem happy.

A lovely rescue mutt. Mum was apparently an American Water Spaniel, but as they look like brown poodles we don't think she can have been very purebred!

He is lovely, great company, very relaxed but also a bag of nerves, especially after a major op last year to remove a cyst in his spine.

He loves killing trees!

Domino - retriever poodle cross aka his Muttness (2)
Velvet - labradoodle spoodle cross aka The Other Muttness (almost 1).

They are gorgeously huggly bundles of black curly noise :) currently playing chase around the middle floor of the house (sort of open plan so obviously a racing circuit!)

2 rescue greyhounds, both adorable, but the back garden looks like a greyhound track. Smile

ARightOldPickle · 10/08/2014 08:05

Dalmatian, almost 5 months and very loving, very smart and very stubborn (unless food is involved!). She is more laid back than our previous one, but she's still very full on!

I have a rotti who is the softest lump in the world and thinKs she is a lap dog, but is sooo smart and has a sense of humour! A Golden Retriever who I adore (I would have a houseful of them if I din't have the others), A border collie - the stressiest dog I have ever owned (I would never own another one unless I was going to work it) and a big fat mongrel. All my dogs are rescues, and despite the chewing and the constantly wet muddy floors, and the holes in the garden and the farting and the lack of space on my bed I love them to bits.

BitterAndTwistedChoreDodger · 10/08/2014 22:37

I am snorting at the pug owner who can get a 'carrier bag a day' of hair from her three. I have a (short haired!) GSD and a black lab and could stuff a mattress daily with extra to spare :D

Last dog was a Weineramer - best dog ever.

monkeyfacegrace · 10/08/2014 23:10

Oi shut it bitter, the moulting is the last straw in a long line of complaints about the bastarding breed Grin

hmc · 10/08/2014 23:20

Lampygirl - we had a Bernese (past tense Sad) - they are the most beautiful, lovely dogs. Your pup is gorgeous

We now have a flatcoat retriever (reaches for the vodka)

GetYourFingersOutOfThere · 10/08/2014 23:29

We have a Rottweiler who has just turned 1 and although she drives me insane at times I love her to bits and can't imagine her not running our borders huffing and puffing at the bin men Grin

Two springer spaniels, both daft as brushes but I love them to bits.

Tipsykisses · 11/08/2014 07:08

Aww Spongebob5 they are such crazy dogs ... Loopy & loveable !!

We nicknamed ours Houdini as he could slip any harness....
& yy to thinking they are lap dogs ... Mine used to curl himself up tightly on my lap for a cwtch just as he had as a pup ,we were heart broken when he passed away , he was such a character ...everyone knew him in our area !

Karbea · 11/08/2014 21:19

Two gorgeous american cocker spaniels. They are the best friends anyone could ever want!

MothershipG · 11/08/2014 21:47

Mini Schnauzer & 2 Affenpinschers, no one has just one Affenpinscher because they are irresistible.

rosieposey · 11/08/2014 22:06

I have a 7 month old Bichon frise (virtually untrainable but very loving) and a 6 year old Yorkie chihuahua cross who is tiny. The photo was taken a couple of days ago, the bichon has a Elizabethan collar as she was speyed last Monday and is a bit nibbly! Our 'chorkie' boy stays by her side always.

The other felines in the pic are our old cream oriental who I have had for 14 years and our newest reprobates, Hero the Siamese and his brother Chocolate chip the Havana oriental. As you can see they all pile in together for cuddles but I would say our old cream oriental boy is the boss of them all Wink love our pooches and cats!
