Scared Staffy

My poor dog is terrified of this thunder and lightening .
I've already decided to let him sleep on the spare bed tonight, somehow that makes it more bearable for him

Anyone else got troubled animals?

I know other staffy owners that use thundershirts for their dogs, makes them feel calm or putting an old tshirt on them.

What's a thundershirt?

He did sleep in the spare room in the end, I'd never considered the smell of us to be a comfort to him.

He seems to be well over it now though!

Your welcome, my staffy is scared of nothing so I've never tried it but it's worth trying a snug fitting tshirt as that might be cheaper than the thunder shirt.

Our staffy is scared of practically everything
If he likes the t-shirt he'll be wearing it often!
