Sore nose

1 year old lab had a sore nose, looked a little bumpy yesterday, now looks red and a bit sore, though he doesn't seem too bothered when i touch it. Haven't seen him rubbing or scratching it.

Any ideas? How can I treat (until Monday at least when vets reopen)?

Could be an insect bite or sting, if he's fine otherwise and doesn't seem bothered best leave it alone and see vet when you can. I always take Piriton with me on walks since my lab stuck his nose in a wasps nest and got stung. Very frightening because the wasps actually chased us and I got stung loads as well as well .
