Anyone in Wimbledon / Raynes Park area free for puppy play?

Hello,

I have a 13 week old mini schnauzer, and I am concerned that he's not meeting enough new people, and especially other dogs. We go to weekly puppy class, but he has to stay on the lead and only has a couple of minutes play at the end (where he shows little interest in the other dogs!).

So, i was wondering if there was anyone in my area with a puppy, or friendly older dog, who would like to meet up?

I've been thinking it would be fun to have an MN dog-walking group in our area (Wimbledon). Our dog is small, older but tolerant of puppies.

Have you joined Mumsnet Local Merton, Galaxy? We have a lovely Local Editor who is very active, and we could organise dog walks on the local boards.

We're even having a Merton Local meet-up in Sept at the Cannizaro Hotel, if you're interested.

In any case, I'd love to meet your mini schnauzer.
