Introducing dog to new house

We are moving house next week. Dog is off to kennels while the packers are in. What's the best way to introduce him to the new house?

We've moved 7 times (including abroad and back again) with varying numbers of dogs and we don't really do anything special. We just carry on as normal and the dogs follow suit.

I think making as little fuss as possible, keeping some familiar objects about (bed, toys, etc) and generally just acting as normal is the best thing to do.

I moved house when my dog was 4 months old. I also didn't do anything to help her adjust to the new house. I just got on with it and she just seemed to take it in her stride.
