Can anyone recommend a cheap dog run

Dh wants to start taking 1 year old lab to work with him. He's self employed and has a workshop, but ddog will need to be kept separate from tools, plaster and other substances etc for his own safety.

looking for something to keep him in while at the workshop and dh working. It doesn't need a roof or to be weather proof as it will be indoors. Also dh will always be around in the same room and don't think ddog will attempt a jump so thought approx 1m high would be enough. Do you think 2m x 3m size would be big enough? Ddog will be in it for 4-5 hours with 2-3 breaks/short walks when dh has a break.

Saw these puppy kennel run panels which look good, but by the time we buy 6 panels, delivery, buy a bed, the price really adds up. Or mesh enclosure which doesnt look as good and is only 2m x 2m but still £££.

Would prefer it not to be wood as it would need to be able to be cleaned/hosed down regularly. Any other recommendations, or, does anyone have either if the two I linked to?

(Tried eBay, gumtree etc and a few cheap ones for auction, but most are collection only and not near us)

This is good - www.doghealth.co.uk/collections/puppy-pens/products/puppy-pen-run-big-foot. It'd need a few additional panels for all day use, but it is robust.

I would have thought for that amount of time with breaks too, a large crate would be easier? Then add he gets older and less giddy, you can leave the door open and he can just use it as a bed.

daisy puppy pen looks good and solid, but sold out.

Was thinking of having something like this for him to sleep on as he's likely to snooze when there and its a concrete floor. Now wondering if 2m x 2m is maybe sufficient, with this type/size of bed in it too. Thought I could maybe try the 2m x 2m and buy extra panels later if needed but delivery is very steep!

These are really good quality and you can have as few or as many as you like to create your perfect size. All croft products are really good quality my Dad is till using a 40 year old croft crate.

I'd second Croft products, we still have a Croft crate we bought in 1995.
