Tilly has not been herself today. When my dad usually comes she gets so excited and jumps all over him. Today she just went to lie down under the kitchen table. I'd not noticed her being off before he came as I was busy making sunday dinner. She was this way until after he went, shaking when we spoke to her, doing her "guilty dog" face. She has not gotten wrong for anything lately so its not that.
After dad left I took her for a walk and she was great, back to normal. But as soon as we pulled up at home she was shaking again. Shes now been asleep in her bed upstairs since and is kinda breathing heavily/rapid, but with her mouth closed (ie not panting)
Ive checked her paws and limbs which are fine. She enjoyed her food and a few leftovers. Her gums are maybe a bit paler, I can never tell. Can a dog just be having an off day?
oh I did catch her with a half eaten mouse yesterday that the cat brought back but I took it off her as soon as I saw, not sure if she ate any.
