Dogs are itchy AGAIN! Frontline just isn't working (did them 2 weeks ago). BigDog is all pink from nibbling.

Taking them to the vet tomorrow but as they just suggested it was grass or pollen allergy I'm a bit Hmm.

Options? Ideas?

If you're sure it's fleas, what about Advocate or the new Bravecto tablet? We haven't had any fleas with Advocate. A lot of people seem to be finding that Frontline doesn't work anymore.

I asked about the new one. They don't do it. Will try advocate.

I would use advocate anyway as it covers lungworm

Can you see an evidence of fleas, live fleas or flea dirt? If it is more than 7 days since the dog had a bath and there is no evidence of fleas it makes them way own the list on possibilities.
Allergies are very common, but do need a good quality diagnostic pathway.

Would both dogs be allergic to something? Neither been bathed recently.

Run a bit comb through their coats if you see evidence you need different flea product and household spray.
