Poorly lab pup?

We have an 11 week old lab puppy. A couple of days ago she had diarohea on and off over the course of 36 hours. She was her normal bouncy self so we followed some advice to miss a meal then serve 2 meals of scrambled egg, 1 of rice, followed by reduced portions of her normal food. Her poo has settled almost back to normal but she was sick once this morning (shortly after I pulled a live worm from her mouth) and once this evening (shortly after she managed to grab a bit of dropped pasta from DD's dinner). Do you think the sickness is likely to be connected to the diarohea and if so, should I take her to the vets? Thank you.

I think a vet visit is due. If it's D&V then that's usually a sign that all's not well... plus with a young puppy caution is key. Good luck and keep us posted.

Thanks Mitchellmummy. I took pup to the vets & he wasn't concerned. She's putting on weight & is her normal bouncy self. He did say labs were prone to diarrhoea as they'll eat anything! Feel more relieved now though thanks.
