Originally we were thinking of lurchers, especially as there is a lurcher rescue quite close by, but, tbh, don't like the look of the rescue at all. Another local rescue (not breed specific) has quite a few chihuahuas- after the American bulldogs and pitbulls (I don't think they're legal in the UK?) they are definitely the most common. Had one good reccomendation of them on another thread, but would like a bit more advice about them in general!
