Tapeworm treatment??

We're taking our dog to France next week. I thought we had all our ducks in a row, but I've just spotted about the need for tapeworm treatment within certain limits for all dogs travelling to the UK. Does anyone know if that applies to dogs on the return journey? I assume I'll have to go and see a French vet if so [looks up 'tapeworm' on Google translate]

You need to have tapeworm treatment administered by a vet not less 24hours and not more than 120 hours before you re-enter the UK.

Oh yes of you are going for a weekend it is possible to have it done by your own vet before you leave.
Example client A has home in France often gets mid morning ferry to France on Thursday pops into clinic at 9am I give tablet sign and stamp passport. Client re-enters UK on over night ferry arriving 7am Monday 94 hours after tapeworm treatment.

Oh good the campsite information has a vet listing. Looks like we might be OK. Blimey.
