So, not only do my neighbours keep the most wonderful friendly bouncy black lab all on his own in their back garden, but they also allow him to shit everywhere and never clear it up.
I'm currently sat in the 18? Degree sunshine enjoying the sun, and enjoying the stench of poo in the still spring air. I have to breathe it in every time I walk to the greenhouse.
I'm no angel about clearing up my own dogs poo, but I stay on top of it - the most we ever have is 3 days worth.
Next doors poos like an elephant.
Is there a good and tactful way to broach this subject?
