runny poos ick! !!

Hi my cocker was on Royal Canin but was itchy and uninterested in her food gradually switched her to burns but now had runny poos last 2 days any advice?

Have you thought about swapping her to raw food? It's an amazing change for list of pets and stops the large and frequent poos.

You could feed her by her weight percentage with natures diet etc and FB have a great raw feeding uk page with all the stater info on it.

I swear swapping did my girl the world of good and by god does she live her raw food.

Should change food gradually

Intheredcorner what do you do about raw frozen food when you go away? Last yr we had a holiday cottage with no freezer.

Thanks i have been looking into raw feeding but as op we go away often so not sure it would work for us.

Not all raw food frozen... you can buy natures choice for when on hols .... can get it in pet shopsv.

I managed going away last year without a freezer and raw fed. I packed about 4 days worth in a cool box loaded with icepacks which kept it on a very slow defrost for first couple of days. Suppliers says it is good for 3-4 days defrosted. Bunged it in caravsn fridge then. For the last few days I bought a large pack of economy mince and a few chicken wings from Asda...not the cheapest way to feed but okay for a couple of days.

Is natures choice kept in a fridge? Thanks for the info. It might be a contender then. I worry about changing food for hols as that's the worst time for the runs! Though my puppy still chews everything so we have nothing booked yet for fear of it costing us lots in repairs.
