work & dog walking shoes/jackets - recommendations

I'm getting an assistance dog, hopefully soon, so it'll be coming to work with me.

I intend to exercise it before/after work and at lunch (advice from the AD charity)

So I can't wear wellies to work, it wouldn't go with my work wear.

But my usual shoes will get very wet and muddy.

So what kind of shoes can I get that will look smart, be warm, not get me soaked.

I'm struggling to find the right kind.

Same for coats. Want a smart one for work but also keeps out rain/wind.

Thanks - it will be my first dog so I'm quite clueless.

Can you get a bag and pair of wellies/walking shoes to leave at work and change into them just for the lunchtime walk?

I would get some sturdy boots to walk in and leave some smart shoes at work for around the office, meetings etc.
