Dog peeing in house--help

Doha · 07/02/2014 18:27

All of sudden my 2 1/2 year old cocker spaniel has started peeing in the house-even if we are in the same room. This has happened for a few days now. He has even done his "poos" too!!
For example when l got up this morning to let him out at 7am he peed before he got to the back door, l then took him for a 20 minutes walk and again he did his business. My husband was in the house and he did the toilet again x 2 in the lounge before 9.40 am. He had not been fed before then.
There has been no change to his routine...can dogs have UTI's????

Any advice would be great.

Yes, dogs can get UTI's.
It would be my first guess at what is happening here tbh. A trip to the vet is in order!
