Soft poo after worming contained mucus or worms? Help!

Hi, puppy is now 10 months old. He had xl drontal worming tablet last night, after 4 hours he vomitted. Vet said it was ok and deworm again in one month.
He has just pooped and it was hard to start with a soft lump at the end. It also contained greeny mucus. I don't think it was a worm as it broke as I picked it up..would a worm do that?
Help me...got to DCs so please don't let the dog have worms.

By the way, hand was in poop bag when I picked it up. It didn't move. I have kept the bag on the side to examine later. Worms wriggle, right?

Worms won't wriggle after worming as they come out when they're dead.

Ime they're obviously worms, like shorter spaghetti but still quite long. I haven't prodded one enough to see if they broke up.

If you do want to know worm status I can recommend these guys. www.wormcount.com/companion-animals/

Gave me peace of mind to know we were worm free.

Thanks. Some of the poop stayed on my grass and when I went to check it had absorbed. Will worms absorb into grass? Oh, I am so worried now.
