3 o'clock poo stop!

How do I get my 9 month lab to sleep through the night? Every night without fail she wakes me up at 3am for a poo.

She's fed at 7am and again at 4pm and has her big walk in the morning (about an hour mostly off lead in fields messing around) and another pavement walk in the evening (about 30-40 mins). She has her last wee break at about 10/10.30pm.

I've tried making her tea earlier (she used to be fed at 6pm) and also tried a more 'interesting' walk in the evening but tbh walking through fields in the pitch black creeps me out

Is she just doing it because she's used to it? Any ideas on how I can get a full nights sleep??

Try feeding her later not earlier. Last meal about 8 ish.

Is the 3am poo the only one or does she go in the day as well? My lab is fed at the same time as yours and doesn't poo until his walk, usually around mid-day. Unless he's scavenged something disgusting on a walk, then its a silent middle of the night poomageddon over the kitchen floor
If she regularly poos a lot maybe you need to reduce the amount of food until producing 2 reasonably firm poos a day. Manufacturers guidelines tend to be over generous.
