First Christmas for our golden retriever, and looking for some good stocking presents for him (yes, I know, but the dcs are convinced he is counting down the days...).

Has anyone come across any good sites for dog presents? I have looked through the major ones but I am looking for "tasteful" gifts for a "noble" hound Hmm

If it was for my dog he would want some nicely wrapped fox poo for that perfect rolling in experience without having to go out and find his own Grin
As it is he's going to get an antler so DD can carry on teaching him to'kill Rudolph'. She would also like to get him some clothes so come Christmas morning there will be an embarrassed looking six month old border collie wearing a sparkly t-shirt! Good thing it's her money she's wasting.

How funny - I got the Not On the High Street catalogue this morning and have just been browsing and all I keep looking at is nice things for the mutt!! here

Although NCIS's suggestion of fox poo is genius Grin

Gosh, love some of those things, petitdonkey. The dog bow tie...

No nice blankets etc for dog, though. He has a certain affection for woolly things Blush

I'm making my two a treat hamper on the basis that they rarely appreciate my selected gifts (except for Christmas Beaver - but that is a whole other story) - livercake muffins, mackerel flapjacks etc all in Christmas boxes and wrapping.

Milgi Coats do dog stockings that are embroidered with your dog's name, and also do dog bandanas. here

Doggy Bags Bakery do excellent hand made dog biscuits/treats.

Doggy Boho do some amazing Liberty print bandanas and other lovely things..

YY to stagbars - ours love them.

Other things you could include :- a collar charm (loads on Ebay), a clicker, some treats, poo bags, a new collar, a brush, some shampoo, a squeaky toy, a set of training classes, a treat bag for your jeans, a keyring with his pic on, a new collar tag, ooh, lots of lovely things. Smile How about a personalised rosette?
