Firework season is here(boo).. I have 3 dogs, the 2 adults are fine with the banging etc. The pup(9months) has gone from crying to growling and barking her bits off at the noise. Dh has nipped to get some bachs RR. Does it work? What quantities are we talking for a 6 kilo not full grown, in 1st season, very loud lady?

NO!!!! do not use this for your dogs - it contains alcohol and gawd knows what else - send your DH to the vets to get some Calmex or a DAP diffuser. Unless they do one specifically for dogs i would strongly advise you don't use this - its Bach's not Barks! Also, she is a very small dog so you couldnt get teh dose low enough even if it was ok.

oh actually - just ignore everything i just said Grin I just googled and they do one for pets! Looks good to! I might get some

Oh thanks for that! I'll get him to divert to the vet and I'll use the RR to de-stress me!
Has a rottie up until 3 years ago who (under vet agreeance) was given drops of it in his water to calm him when bitches were in season.. Though completely different weights. Thanks x

Ahh, never thought about Google! I shall squirt some in her water(after I've inserted earplugs)...

Also great sprinkled on cat's blanket on long journeys, etc.

We had rotties too, they weren't worried by the fireworks at all. My JRT climbs the walls, i bloody hate them - calmex does seem to work very well though - but if you have the bachs already, give that a try and let me know how you get on :)

Never had any issues with the 2 rotties with fireworks. They were the calmest dogs I ever had. Now these Tibetan Terriers.. Well, what a contrast! I don't even think she's scared, just being a typical watchdog. She's having some rr to see if I can take the edge off.. My ears are now bleeding..
